PixZeno
Terms
If you use PixZeno, these are the terms. They describe the tools that exist today: free image utilities that run in the browser, in English and Arabic, with no account.
What you are using
PixZeno is a website of image tools. You can compress a file toward a size, change the pixel dimensions, turn HEIC into JPG, convert between JPG, PNG, and WebP, crop, export several social sizes, place images in one PDF, read or remove metadata, make a favicon package, and check dimensions. The pages are sent by the server. The picture is handled in your browser.
There is no fee and no sign-up. Opening a tool does not create a contract for storage, for a particular file size, or for a result a social network will accept. You get the software as it runs on that visit, in the browser you brought.
The result is yours to check
Output depends on the file, the settings, and the browser. A phone and a desktop do not always decode the same HEIC. A target such as under 100 KB or under 200 KB is a search for a smaller file. If the photo cannot get there without looking poor, the tool stops and says so. It does not invent a success.
JPG and WebP follow the quality you set. PNG encoded in the browser is lossless, so the quality slider will not shrink it the way a server quantizer would. A transparent image converted to JPG is drawn on a background color, white unless you change it. An animated GIF becomes one frame. SVG files are refused. A very large image may be scaled down before encoding so the device does not run out of memory, and the page is supposed to say when that happened.
Look at the download before you send it to a form, a client, or a printer. PixZeno does not see the file, so it cannot proof it for you.
Social sizes are dated recommendations
The social resizer uses sizes checked on 23 September 2026. Instagram’s feed range and the YouTube thumbnail size follow those platforms’ own help pages from that date. Other placements are included because several current guides agreed, and the tool says which is which. Platforms change crops, badges, and limits. A file at the suggested pixel size can still be cropped again, rejected for weight, or shown differently in an app.
You move the crop. PixZeno does not detect faces or products. A wide banner can cut off a subject that sat near the edge. That is your adjustment to make before you download.
Your images stay yours
You need the right to open the images you process. Do not use the tools on a photo, a scan, or a logo you are not allowed to change or copy. PixZeno does not claim ownership of your files, and it does not take a license to publish them. Because the work is local, PixZeno also does not keep a copy it can return, delete on request, or hand to anyone else.
A temporary copy can sit in this browser, up to 10 files and about 50 MB, so the next tool can reuse it. That copy is on the device. The footer button deletes it. It is not a PixZeno archive.
HEIC converted to JPG does not keep the original camera data. Metadata removal strips extra blocks and then checks the file again. If you needed the location or the camera details, keep your own original. The cleaned download is a new file, not a promise that every earlier copy, on a phone or in a chat, was cleaned too.
Fair use of the site
Use the tools for the jobs they show. Do not attack the site, probe it for access you were not given, overload it, or try to bypass the limits. Those limits exist so a browser does not crash: about 20 files at a time, 25 MB each, 40 MB for a HEIC, and a long edge of 12,000 pixels.
The contact form is for a human message about the site. Do not use it to send abuse, advertisements, or files. It does not accept images. Repeated messages from the same network are slowed. A session cookie on that page only stops forged submissions.
You may link to PixZeno. You may not copy the pages, the name, or the mark and present them as your own product, and you may not frame the tools inside another site in a way that hides whose work they are.
No warranty, and a limit on claims
The tools are provided as available. They may fail, change, or be offline. There is no warranty that a file will meet a form’s rules, that a HEIC will decode, that a crop will match a platform next month, or that the tools are fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, PixZeno is not liable for a lost original, a rejected upload, a bad crop, or time spent fixing one. Some places do not allow every limit, so the part that cannot be limited still applies to you.
If you are using PixZeno for work that cannot tolerate a mistake, keep the original and check the download. The price of the service is zero, and the remedy for a tool you do not trust is to stop using it.
Changes, language, and the operator
These terms can be updated when the tools change. The page you are reading is the current set. A future tool that sends a file to a server will say so on its own page, and the privacy page will be updated with it. That kind of tool is not part of this version.
English and Arabic are both written for their pages. Use the language you are reading. The addresses stay in English so the two versions point at each other. PixZeno does not choose a court or a country of law on this page, because a registered address is not published here. Rights you have under a mandatory consumer law still apply. This text is a plain description of the service. It is not advice from a lawyer.
The public name is PixZeno. Questions about these terms can go to help@pixzeno.com.
Questions
Do I pay or create an account?
No. The current tools are free and do not ask you to sign up.
Does a target file size have to be exact?
No. Under 100 KB, or any other target, is a goal. If the image cannot reach it without unacceptable damage, the tool says so instead of pretending it succeeded.
Will a social network accept the exported size?
The sizes were checked on 23 September 2026 and are recommendations. A platform can still crop, compress, or reject a file. Check the download before you post it.
Who owns the image after I use a tool?
You do, if you had the right to use it. PixZeno does not take ownership and does not keep a copy it can give back.
Are these terms a legal opinion?
No. They describe how the site works and the limits of that use. A lawyer in your own place is the person to ask about a specific dispute or a mandatory consumer right.
